Resource Consents and related matters.
Within hours of retaining Robinson he had copied me in on an email obtaining necessary information from relevant parties, Geotech Engineers and others. Though a complete layman in this area, in my view he demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the rules, restrictions and most importantly the practice, norms and latitude in this convoluted area.
The carriage of the consent progress was expedited from his end the only delay being the usual suspects. His fees were more than reasonable and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout.
